“That was one of my favorite wedding days ever,” I kept saying to Dillon on the way home. We knew that Haleigh and Pat’s wedding at The Estate New Haven was going to be a good one, but it surpassed our expectations from the start.

An Estate New Haven Wedding

We first connected with Haleigh and Pat after Aubrey and Nolan’s wedding in the fall of 2023. They’d been guests (and Pat had been one of Nolan’s groomsmen!). Soon after that day, they reached out about having us photograph their own wedding. We were overjoyed. From our initial call, these two were a dream to have in the KSP family. They are gracious, kind, easy going, and have impeccable style. And most importantly, they trusted us every step of the way.

Their engagement session was so much fun last summer. We just knew their day was going to be filled to the brim with fun, too. As we saw the designs from their wonderful planner, Colleen, come together, our excitement grew. The style and design of the day had tradition and formality woven into every bit, and yet their was an ease and relaxed feeling too that only comes when a couple truly lets themselves truly savor and experience their day as it’s happening. It was the perfect combination for these two.

From start to finish, we all had so much fun. And rumor has it that the evening ended with a barefoot game of Wiffle ball in the courtyard, while the Estate was lit in Knicks colors and guests enjoyed a late night snack of Sally’s, a New Haven staple. A perfect ending to a perfect day.

We truly had the best time on your wedding day! Your story as a couple was beautifully woven into every part of your day, which made it all the more special. We both enjoyed looking at all of the wedding photos of the couples in your family who have gone before you. You are adding to that legacy of strong marriages with your own, and we’re cheering you on so big as you do! It was such an honor and joy to share this sweet season with you. Thank you for trusting us with such an important milestone in your story! We’re so grateful for you two 🙂
