Gina and Rob’s engagement session at Wallis Sands Beach was such a treat! We intentionally chose to begin their session at the start of golden hour, so we had soft, dreamy light the entire time. It was a photographer’s dream! Wallis Sands is also one of the closest beaches to me, with lovely back roads for the last bit of the route, so the drive felt peaceful and easy.
While Gina and Rob already had the makings of a beautiful session (dreamy light, a neutral palette – and Hill House for Gina, no less!), it got even better. These two have such a sense of adventure! We began their session on the quiet outskirts of Wallis Sands Beach for some landscape variety and then made our way to the sand. But it wasn’t until the very end of their session when we walked along the rocky coastline that I realized how truly adventurous these two are. They wanted to run through the water together to end their portrait time, which led to some incredibly fun and playful moments captured!
Their wedding day will take place on the coast of Cape Cod next month and I’m already swooning over the details that Gina shared with me about their wedding design! In the meantime, enjoy this peek into the love that these two share 🙂
To Gina & Rob:
Thank you for coming to New Hampshire for our time together! And thank you for being so incredibly adventurous, too! I had so much fun on our little off-roading rocky coast walk back to the beach. I appreciate how true to yourselves you both were during your session – it shines through your images! Dillon and I are counting down the days to your wedding and look forward to celebrating you soon. See you at Wychmere in a few weeks! 🙂
