Paige and Kevin’s summer wedding at Bristol Harbor Inn has the sweetest backstory. When we first met them last year, they shared with us that their wedding date was especially meaningful. 8/10/24 marked ten years of their life together, “10 on the 10th”. How special to have shared a full decade of watching each other grow, pursue passions, and build a life they love! That is such a sweet thing.

A Celebration Beside the Sea

Paige and Kevin are so kind and fiercely loved. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room as Paige’s sister gave her toast. She shared what an honor it’s been to grow alongside her throughout the years. Kevin’s sweet grandmother sang a rendition of the mother/son dance song, adding an extra special touch to the tradition. The dance floor was absolutely packed and having the best time. Their guests seemed so grateful to be part of such an incredible celebration by the sea.

One of the most memorable parts of the day was how genuinely kind Paige and Kevin’s loved ones were, too. At multiple points throughout the evening, guests stopped me to share thoughtful compliments. They’d seen their engagement photos and had noted our quiet approach throughout the day and wanted to affirm that we’re doing a great job. As we were getting ready to leave at the end of the evening, one of Kevin’s groomsmen came up to us with the biggest smile and said “Best photographers EVER!” to us. We’re there to serve and to celebrate others, so these types of moments always stand out to me as meaningful.

It’s pretty incredible when a couple is so loved that their friends and families in turn welcome us in right away like we’re part of the mix. Paige and Kevin seated us at a guest table, included us in their seating chart, and treated us like family.

We’re so grateful for you two! We’re still in awe at the incredible weather, picturesque location, and meaningful details that were wrapped in your day. It was just perfect! Thank you for not only trusting us to capture your joy, but also for welcoming us in like family and friends. Your kindness and the kindness of your loved ones is something we’ll cherish for a long time! We’re cheering you both on so big as you begin married life together and hope the second decade together is the sweetest yet!
