The joy that Alison (Al) and AJ share is contagious! Their wedding day at Beauport Hotel in Gloucester was filled with so much love and sunshine. From the moment we arrived, we saw how adored and celebrated these two are. They have so many loved ones championing their marriage from the start!
A Joyful Summer Wedding at Beauport Hotel in Gloucester
Al is affectionately referred to as a real-life Disney princess by those around her. We couldn’t agree more! Her graciousness and enthusiasm for life makes everyone feel so welcome. When I met her bridesmaids that morning, I noticed a common theme: many of them have been in her life for decades. She holds her friends dear, which speaks volumes to her character. AJ is the perfect complement to her, with steadiness and warmth that ensures that those around him are cared for. And wait until you see the way he looks at Al!
One of my favorite details from Al and AJ’s wedding is that the priest who married them was present at her parents’ wedding decades ago. And even better is that it occurred by happenstance during the planning process, adding such a special touch to the day. He’s had a front row seat to watching this family’s legacy of love and strong marriages continue. Whenever a couple is surrounded by examples of strong marriages, it makes our hearts so happy! That has had a huge impact on our marriage and we know it’s a blessing when other couples have that, too.
