Brianna and Rob are so special to us! Their North End engagement session in Boston was a dream come true. It’s not every day that we get to incorporate a New England icon into portraits! But with a quick visit to Mike’s Pastry, their session felt more like a double date than anything.
We first connected with these two when Brianna was Mary’s maid of honor earlier this year. We immediately hit it off and I was delighted when she reached out about having us photograph her own wedding. She and Rob are kind, genuine, easy-going, and so thoughtful. Their session was one of our last ones of the season and we kept talking about how it was such a high note to end on.
Rob’s family has a history in the North End so it was extra special to have their session on the storied cobblestone streets. Each portrait tells a story of a place they that hold so dear, a place that is a home away from home for them. It was such a creative treat to have a thread to weave through this session. Brianna had the perfect location in mind and I had a field day capturing them just steps from Paul Revere’s home.
