This summer, I shared about how I am serving as my friend Annmarie’s assistant for her 2021 wedding season. You can read that post HERE. Today, I’m sharing a peek into the Boston Public Library wedding that I worked with her in late July. It was the very first wedding I assisted her with and it was absolutely magical. While an assistant does not usually shoot, Annmarie is incredibly supportive of my goals to grow as a photographer. With that, she has invited me to capture parts of every single wedding day I’ve assisted her with so far. It has been such a blessing to me! Every time I pick up my camera, I am developing more as a photographer. This experience is equipping me so well to serve my own couples!
Of the dozens of weddings I’ve been a part of, this Boston Public Library wedding has been one of my all-time favorites. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed by an impeccable vendor team. The style was timeless and classic, from the all-white bouquets to the brass bells that were rung as the couple shared their first kiss. Honestly, the whole day felt like I was living in a dream! Today, I’m excited to share with you what the day looked like through my eyes. Enjoy!
If you enjoyed this post, I invite you to go behind the scenes with me even more in a recent blog post HERE or my ‘Wedding Days’ highlight on Instagram. Be sure to follow along there, too, as I continue to share more behind the scenes throughout the rest of this wedding season! Also, be sure to follow along with Annmarie and take time to go swoon over her incredible work!
