Lauren and Nate are such a special couple! Lauren is sweet, gentle, and caring, and Nate is steady, strong, and supportive. They are a joy and comfort to be around, and their late summer engagement session is what coastal dreams are made of. There was a soft September breeze on the evening of their session and the ocean was so peaceful. We paused at multiple points throughout their session to remark on what a beautiful evening it was and how grateful we were to be there before the weather gets cooler.
Since their session took place on the cusp of fall, we were talking about some of our favorite parts of the season. Lauren has a tradition called Soup Sundays, which inspired us to make soup for dinner this week! She also is incredibly creative and crafted the most beautiful bottle of La Marca for me, adorned with hydrangeas and pearls and a ribbon in perfect KSP blue.
After their session, I walked to the car with the most full heart, arms full with the pretty bottle, a mums plant they gifted me, and a thoughtful hand written note. It’s couples like Lauren and Nate who remind us of why we do what we do, and who make us so grateful that we get to do this! I’m excited for you to get a window into their story through these images 🙂
