October is such a magical time. Katlyn Rose’s Concord Massachusetts portrait session took place on the most perfect fall morning. The air was crisp, but not too cold. We were up before the world woke up and it felt like we had the whole town to ourselves. We began Katlyn Rose’s session on Main Street in Downtown Concord to photograph some classic outfits that she had put together with her impeccable style. Later, we made our way down Monument Street to Minuteman National Historical Park.
Katlyn Rose and I connected through Instagram last spring. We became fast friends with similar values, interests, and styles. I was honored when she reached out and hired me to photograph this lifestyle portrait session for her. As we considered where to shoot, I couldn’t think of a better place than Concord. Katlyn Rose and I both love Gilmore Girls, and downtown Concord definitely has a Stars Hollow feeling to it. Concord is my favorite town in all of New England and the place where I hope to buy or build my dream home someday. From the charming shops to the storied past, it is such a special place.
This session was SO much fun! There was so much fall goodness in this session that I stopped at Wilson Farm to pick up fresh apple cider donuts afterward. The best ending to a perfect morning!
