I cannot stop swooning over this engagement session that I captured last week in Gloucester, Massachusetts! It took place on a quiet spring evening on the edge of the harbor. Nayiri and Chuck picked the perfect color palette for their portraits and the landscape was the perfect complement. Together we laughed and soaked up the evening, celebrating the sweetness of their engagement. It was such a peaceful session and we had almost the entire area to ourselves! There was the slightest chill in the air, encouraging lots of coziness for Nayiri and Chuck in their portraits – which I love!
You would never know from looking at this portraits, but we chose to end this session a bit early because the sky was almost black behind me as I captured these. We were having such a good time that we almost didn’t notice! After a few flashes of lightning in the distance, we made the responsible decision to wrap things up, confident that we’d made plenty of magic together. I’m so grateful I’ll get more time with them in a few weeks, right back in Gloucester, for their wedding day at Cruiseport!
