Now that I’m getting into a rhythm with posting to my blog, I’m excited to share prior work I’ve had the honor of capturing, starting with a historic Francestown engagement session! You may recognize Kaylee and Ryan from my website’s homepage, as the image of them sharing a kiss in his late grandfather’s antique Nova is one of my very favorites in my portfolio. They are so dear to me and it has been so special to watch their love story unfold.
This engagement session is particularly special to me because Ryan is Dillon’s youngest brother. And since their wedding last June, Kaylee has become a treasured sister to us all! They chose to have their engagement session at the Shattuck family home in Francestown, New Hampshire. Family is so important to us all. Very fittingly, Kaylee and Ryan’s historic Francestown engagement session took place on the evening of a family gathering. We snuck away to capture these images when the sun was low in the sky. The evening had the prettiest glow. It was the kind of twinkly glow that’s especially found during springtime in New England. As if that wasn’t magical enough, we gathered around the fire together to toast gooey s’mores after their session. It was the BEST!
Since their session last spring, they have shared some huge milestones. First, they got married. Then they built a charming home in Francestown. And to top it all off, they welcomed their precious son into the world this past April! Kaylee and Ryan, I am so grateful for you both! Thank you for choosing me to capture your wedding day and your sweet season of engagement. It is an honor to capture these milestones for you and Dillon and I love you so much!
